Gong Baths

Gong baths involve no bath-tubs, nor splashing water or
nudity at all! Instead you will lie comfortably on a futon
or sit on a chair and be bathed by the sound of the
Gongs. I use a 40” Symphonic Gong, which is very rich in
tone and resonance; and a 32” Chiron gong, tuned to the
orbit frequency of the Planetoid Chiron. Chiron is
mythologicaly known as the ‘wounded healer’. Both
gongs were created by ‘Paiste’, who are world renowned
for their gong craftsmanship. The tones vibrate in a
similar frequency to the human body, and therefore can
assist in opening energetic blockages and dissonances in
the body and may facilitate deep relaxation and
harmony. I was trained with American Gong-Master Don
Conreaux.
I can offer gong baths to small or large groups with
introduction and presentation and concerts of sacred tone
improvisation suitable for different settings: schools,
corporations, retreat centres, communities etc. I have
numerous intuitive instruments from around the world
and am happy to share the gift of sacred sound with you.
